About Speed Test
Our speed test measures three key metrics of your internet connection:
- Ping: How quickly data travels from your device to a server and back (measured in milliseconds)
- Download speed: How quickly you can pull data from the internet (measured in Mbps)
- Upload speed: How quickly you can send data to the internet (measured in Mbps)
For the most accurate results, close other applications that might be using your internet connection and connect your device directly to your router with an ethernet cable if possible.
